Cycle Trails 070 – Krivoklat Region 3 (Beautiful countryside around Lánská obora) 4th October 2025
For the third time, we visited the beautiful landscape of Křivoklát country, this time its northernmost part. From the famous castle, we set off on a narrow path above the deep Berounka canyon.
There are pleasant paths around the Lánská obora, but the terrain is quite challenging, with large elevation changes, which is just what we like. Between Nové Strašecí and Rakovník, you won't
meet a soul in the forest, and the path along the Rakovník stream offers breathtaking views of the valley. Add to that the springtime nature, and it's simply wonderful!
